Ryan has a broad experience in the construction sector, particularly in residential, commercial and new construction projects, in addition to his mining expertise. He comprehends the demands of the workplace and the value of teamwork, accuracy, and effective execution, whether it's a renovation project or a complete ground-up construction. Ryan's time as a Naval Cadet also helped him develop his discipline, leadership mentality, and work ethic.
